D&L Nursery is planning another fun filled day of bonsai, friendship, and good food for their Customer Appreciation/World Bonsai Day on May 14th. This year’s charity will be the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation. It is another charity that hits close to home and to our heart. Be gathering up what you may want to bring to put in the raffle and/or auction. This year there will be a silent auction also. Also need to start working on the tree you want to put in the exhibit. Mark your calendars!

  • Bonsai at the Zoo
    August 17, 2024 - August 18, 2024 All day

    The annual 2-day cooperative event between Brevard Zoo and the Bonsai Society of Brevard (BSOB) will be held on Aug 17-18, 2024. Club members will display their trees amidst the beauty and adventure of the Zoo atmosphere. See multiple bonsai trees on display and watch bonsai demonstrations by local bonsai artists.

    Entrance fee to bonsai areas is included in the zoo admission.

    If you are interested in showing a tree at this event and are a club member of BSOB, CFBC, or Kawa, please fill in this online FORM by Aug 1st.

    A beginner’s class will be offered on August 18, 2023 (10:30am to 2:30pm with a 30 min break at noon). See this post for more details.
