Due to the impending Hurricane Milton and its revised path and timing, the Bonsai Society of Brevard (BSOB) board has decided to postpone the Multi-club Picnic and Auction. BSOB does not have a date for the reschedule yet and will know more after the hurricane.

As you can see by the star on the map below, the eye wall may pass directly over the F. Burton Smith Regional Park. There is not enough time for all participants to recover from the storm and enjoy the event. Please share and pass the word.

We wish every one a safe outcome from the large and potentially dangerous storm.

Here’s the details for when the event does happen:

• Pulled pork, hotdogs, condiments, and beverages provided. Bring a dish to share!
• Timeline of the day
  • 10am – setup for live and silent auction
  • 11am – auctions open for viewing; lunch setup
  • 12pm – live auction begins, silent auction continuous
  • 3pm – all auctions close
• Rules:
  • Live auction limit – 5 items
  • Silent auction limit – 20 items.
• 15% seller paid commission
